Fieldy gibt gegen Ende des Jahres ein neues Solo-Album heraus und er sagt ganz offen, dass es nicht hart ist. Er sagt auch, dass er weiß, dass viele Korn Fans sein neues Album nicht mögen werden:

He adds, “I’ve always wanted to do it. When I was younger, learning bass, I listened to a lot of bass albums; Stanley Clarke, I grew up listening to that type of stuff.”

“I don’t want people to be confused and buy it and not like it. It’s not heavy,” he emphasizes. “I don’t want people to get it and think, ‘Man, I can’t believe I bought this crap’. It’s not meant to be heavy. If you like heavy and are not open-minded, you will not like this.”

For the upcoming CD, Fieldy multi-tracked lead and rhythm parts using a 15-string bass, stand-up bass and fretless bass.

“It’s insane, man. I did so many lead tracks and rhythm tracks,” he tells Noisecreep. “Sometimes, it’s chaotic. It kinda takes you on a ride through the CD, so you can have a mellow funk track next to a chaotic bunch of basses going crazy. Right now, I have 11 songs finished. I might do two more, but it’s pretty much done.”

    lol das wird ja immer besser erst das neue korn album dann das von stillwell & dann noch fieldys album, WOW!! :-) fieldys dreams rock´n´roll gangster wahr ja schon der HAMMER, hoffentlich is des das lang angekündigte fieldys nightmare album.!?? ;-) holla…

    wenn das ein reines bass/schlagzeug album wird, einfach nur instrumental wäre das sehr cool, ich liebe so ein kram, aber rap ist hoffentlich nicht dabei

    ungefährer release ist wohl noch nciht bekannt was?
